NAWOJ in Plateau commends state governor for gender senstive appointments

The Plateau state chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, has commended the state governor Caleb Mutfwang for his gender sensitivity in appointing women to serve in his administration.

The commendation was contained in a statement issued and signed by NAWOJ Chairman, Nene Dung and Secretary Mwuese Adem.

According to the statement, the swearing in of 4 women into the state executive council shows that the governor is gender sensitive and would be fair to women.

NAWOJ, while lauding the fact that he chose a woman as his deputy said it proves his commitment to the He for She campaign.
