NAWOJ in Plateau endorses Ayuku Pwaspo for NUJ chairman
The Plateau state chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, (NAWOJ) has endorsed Ayuku Pwaspo of PRTV Jos for election as the chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Plateau state chapter.
The association made this decision at an emergency congress held on Wednesday in Jos.
If elected Mrs Pwaspo will be the first female chairman of the NUJ in the state.
Other female candidates contesting positions such as the Secretary Mary Replong Domtur and Treasurer Lyop Pam were also endorsed.
