Young woman slashes penis of 75 year old man for attempting to rape her

A young woman in Adamawa state has slashed the penis of a 75-year-old man for attempting to rape her.

Police Public Relations Officer in Adamawa SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje confirmed the incident in a statement.

According to the PPRO, SP Nguroje, the accused Daniel Jaja attempted to rape the lady after he invited her to his house in Hong Local Government Area of the state and subsequently had his penis slashed with a razor blade when he forcefully attempted to penetrate her.

The suspect according to the police is currently receiving treatment in the hospital after his arrest.

According to the statement by SP Nguroje, “The suspect, one Daniel Jaja, 75 years old on 18/10/2023 in Mukuvinyi village, Hong local government area was said to have invited his victim to his house and suddenly advanced forcefully to have unlawful carnal knowledge of her until she resisted,” the statement read.

“Investigation so far reveals that the victim while trying to prevent the act used a razor blade and cut the erect penis from penetrating her, leaving him with serious injury. He is on admission in a hospital receiving treatment.

“The Commissioner of Police, CP Afolabi Babatola, who frowned at the ugly incident, has directed the officer in charge of the family support unit of the command to take over the investigation and ensure diligent prosecution.

“The Police boss equally calls on members of the public particularly those in villages to give timely information to police especially against criminally minded elements who are in the habit of committing crimes against genders.”
